We aim to deliver work that exceeds expectations. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and revisions are handled when something doesn't go as planned.
1. Project Deposits
Most engagements begin with a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%). This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and covers the initial discovery, strategy, and planning work that begins as soon as you sign.
Once kickoff has started, deposits cannot be refunded — but if you need to pause, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel within 7 days of signing, before any project work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any payments made. Contact info@youzad.studio to request cancellation.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is forfeited and we will invoice you for any work completed beyond what the deposit covers, prorated to the agreed project value.
We will deliver all work-in-progress files (source assets, designs, code) on request after final reconciliation.
4. Revisions
Every project agreement specifies a number of included revision rounds. If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, we'll work within those rounds to make it right.
Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate, communicated and approved in advance.
5. Subscription & Retainer Services
Monthly retainers and maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle with 14 days' notice. We do not prorate partial months. Work completed during the final billing period will be delivered before the engagement ends.
6. Disputes
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed specification, contact us at info@youzad.studio within 14 days of delivery. We will review the work against the agreed scope and, where appropriate, revise, re-deliver, or issue a partial credit.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, major outages, etc.). In such cases we will work with you to reschedule in good faith.
